Alright, everybody. It’s time for your most-awaited awards. Nope, not that Oscar dude. It’s the Razzies!

Actually, this is not your typical award giving body. The Razzies recognizes the most dubious efforts by Hollywood. Â The worst of film, to be exact. In some ways, you can say they are the most accurate of them all. For example, one can say that “Bobby” is one of the better films of the year despite being snubbed by many. However, try saying the same thing to the nominees for the Razzie for Worst Film:

“Basic Instinct 2″, “Little Man”, “Bloodrayne”, “Wicker Man” and “Lady In The Water”. Not exactly your DVD collection, huh?

I’ve seen all of the aforementioned flicks and I must say, I couldn’t agree more with the four choices. I exempt “Lady In The Water” since it was certainly bad, but it was simply disappointing given M. Night Shymalan’s track record. So, it is not exactly the worst of the bunch.

“Basic Instinct 2″ and “Little Man” are kind of a study in irony since the former is laughably bad even though it is not a comedy while the latter was so stupid it wasn’t even funny. “Bloodrayne” is nothing more but a feebled attempt for a film franchise. Search for the director (Uwe Boll) and more likely you’ll find him being scorned. As for “Wicker Man”, the only thing that frightened me was the thought that I actually watched it in its entirety!

So, for those of you who haven’t seen Sharon Stone’s latest romp in nudity or any of the other films, I have only this to say: YOU’VE BEEN WARNED!
