Movie Fan Zone

This is going to be one, packed weekend at the movies. Three new releases are vying for the top spot and all have a legitimate shot of winning the Thanksgiving box office weekend. Each has a target audience different from the others. However, early on, it looks like a different kind of family film would emerge triumphant.

Enchanted is poised to give Disney another number one film in the holiday season. The reviews have been great and word of mouth has been outstanding as well. The fairy tale-adventure flick sure comes on a great time as few films have been as charming as it is. Catering to mostly females, family moviegoers would find this one hard to resist. Look for it to go as high as $40 million.

The Mist is a film adaptation of the Stephen King story. Hitman is based on a popular video game. However, something from Disney would reign.
