ABC Family has a new TV series about gymnastics and it is entitled Make it or Break it.   The show is about a young gymnast with dreams of Olympic glory shaking up the status quo at a Colorado training facility.

In the Rocky Mountain Gymnastics Center, is the setting  where these gymnasts are trying to compete for the slots for the gymnastics nationals. The sport has been dominated by the top 3 girls namely Payson, Lauren, and Kaylie.  Thing get interesting when a young girl who was given a scholarship,  Emily was discovered and she has some big dreams of getting into the olympics.
